India is now the second-largest EB-5 investor market in the world. Indians are increasingly looking forward to opportunities to invest in a global future and empower themselves with business, education, career, and residential opportunities in the United States. After providing many such golden opportunities to people across India and globally, U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF) is once again coming to New Delhi to host an EB-5 visa roadshow/ seminar to educate people on the prospects of U.S. immigration.
Through the roadshows, the U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF) will provide an in-depth understanding of the EB-5 program, a permanent residency option for foreign nationals allowing them to live and work anywhere in the United States, and providing a pathway to citizenship. Not only does the EB-5 program open doors for residency within the U.S. for the investor, his or her spouse, and unmarried children under 21, it also provides a potential return on their investment capital.
USIF will host EB-5 consultations in New Delhi from 28th October to 02nd November 2023. The USIF team and a seasoned immigration attorney will educate and enlighten prospective investors on the process of acquiring a U.S. Green Card through the EB-5 program.
Talking about the USIF initiative in New Delhi, Nicholas A. Mastroianni III, CMO and President, USIF, said, “These meetings will enlighten future investors on the benefits and nuances of the EB-5 visa program. With the help of our team and immigration attorneys, we hope to help Indian investors and their families plan for a future in the U.S. by studying or working and obtaining a clear understanding as to why the EB-5 visa program stands out among the alternative visa options.”
Time is critical for Indian investors as the EB-5 Visa application fees are anticipated to surge over 200% at the beginning of 2024. The additional benefits to the program such as concurrent filing as well as U.S. Immigration Fund’s brand new investor financing program make it the perfect time for Indian applicants to invest in an available EB-5 project. USIF is currently offering two projects for investment, both with exceptional developers with strong track records of success and experience in EB-5.
The EB-5 Program was established by the U.S. Congress in 1990. It offers permanent U.S. residency to foreign investors who invest a minimum of $800,000 in a qualifying project and create at least 10 U.S. jobs. Over the years, Indian investors have consistently leveraged this program, with a marked upswing in EB-5 applications over the last year.
