Sandbanks joins Brentford FC as official formalwear partner

Brentford Football Club have announced a new partnership with British luxury fashion label Sandbanks, which joins as the club’s official formalwear partner.

The collaboration highlights a shared commitment to sustainability, innovation, and craftsmanship, principles that both organisations have embedded into their core identities.

As part of the agreement, Sandbanks will provide outerwear, apparel, and accessories ranges for both men and women. For selected home and away games, the men’s first team will arrive at matches in formal wear provided by Sandbanks. Each garment, designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom, is crafted using recycled and regenerated materials made from post-consumer plastic waste recovered from oceans and landfills, a defining feature of Sandbanks’ sustainable production approach.

Fran Jones, Brentford FC’s Commercial Director, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership and said, “Not only do Sandbanks produce fantastic products, but their strong commitment to sustainability and innovation is really impressive. We found great alignment with them in these areas, so we’re really pleased to welcome them to Brentford as a new club partner.”

Wayne Collins, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sandbanks, echoed the sentiment and added, “Myself, Sam Harman, co-founder and creative director, and everyone else at Sandbanks, are proud to collaborate with Brentford Football Club as their official formal wear partner. At Sandbanks, we share Brentford’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability, values which align perfectly both on and off the pitch. This partnership represents an exciting opportunity to showcase British luxury to a global audience.”

Founded in Dorset, Sandbanks has emerged as a leader in sustainable luxury fashion, known for combining refined tailoring with environmentally responsible practices. The partnership with Brentford provides the brand with a powerful platform to expand its reach within the global sports landscape.

For Brentford, the collaboration reinforces the club’s commitment to environmentally conscious partnerships and reflects its growing commercial strength within the Premier League. The Bees have continued to attract an expanding roster of high-profile global and domestic partners, including Moët Hennessy, Strider Technologies, Asahi UK, One Water, PensionBee, Cynergy Bank, Indeed, Cazoo, and Joma Sport, a reflection of Brentford’s rising profile both on and off the pitch.
