Spring is a reset—less about chasing trends, more about tightening the edit. To mark the arrival of warmer weather, we asked an international consortium of well-dressed men how they’re updating their wardrobes now. Some work in the menswear industry, others don’t, but they all share the same desire for items that feel less tied to runway trends and more in tune with their own personal needs. As Los Angeles–based architect Luis Fernandez tells Robb Report, “I need a wardrobe that has an ease but doesn’t compromise style and is still tailored and polished.” And based on the other guys’ answers, he’s in good company.

“I’ve gotten super into knit polos lately. They feel dressy enough but still casual and comfortable above all. The cashmere blend gives this one a more luxe vibe.”

“This Rossen fit from the Row has really become my go-to shape of denim. I have this style in a couple of other washes, so adding a versatile black pair feels like a no-brainer.”

“I am obsessed with white canvas sneakers, but I have been thinking about these white leather Paraboots since I saw them last spring in Drake’s in London. I didn’t buy them for some reason, and they immediately sold out. They are the perfect hybrid of a boat shoe and white sneaker, and I need them.”

“I currently don’t have any gold watches in my collection, and I’ve been wanting to add something special like this Tank Louis into the mix. The size is very understated, it slides easily under the cuff, and I love the tone-on-tone case, dial, and hands.”

“I love the versatility and style of a Western belt. However, my go-to is in black, so I figured it might be time to add to my arsenal with this lovely one in brown. I like that it’s a pretty pared-down version, meaning it’ll slot into a rotation like mine that is decidedly not very yeehaw-ish.”

“Since last season, we’ve been working with Echizenya from Japan, and for some reason I never managed to get myself a pair of their chinos. As soon as their new delivery arrives, I’m getting myself a pair in beige.”

“I received this as a gift, and it’s the perfect go-to jacket for that weird, wet, in-between weather. The cropped length is an updated silhouette from the classic Bedale (which I always love) and looks great with full trousers.”

“This look is such a unique marriage of cinematic worlds. It’s equal parts safari and Savile Row, and it could only come from the world of Ralph Lauren.”

“The Asics I love because it’s the kind of shoe that I can wear with either a smart or casual look. I also love the color yellow—I’ve decided it’s my color for 2026.”

“I love a bomber jacket—I find it flattering on a slimmer guy, particularly when nipped in at the waist. But summer versions aren’t easy to find—my favorite is this linen version from Private White V.C., made in the U.K. in Manchester.
